一直以来，小世界以"遵循儿童身心自然发展，保证儿童健康快乐成长"为教育理念，以"培养具有国际情怀、中国心、乡土情的未来全球公民"为培养目标，建立以"爱的教育、创造力发展、跨文化交流培养"即"LCL"的课程理念。以国际视野，大胆创新构建LCL主题教育课程。
